There was a woman who was single with two kids. When COVID19 hit, she was told she might lose her job. Not knowing what might happen with her employment, she began to feel anxious. Another person knew his mother was in intensive care and was told she might not recover from COVID. He also felt anxious.
Every time an individual feels anxious, it is caused by loss and or hurt. How a person handles anxiety can help ease the anxiousness. Some clues that relate to a person feeling anxious, is to check within the body. Most people feel it in their stomach. When anxious some people become busy, drink alcohol, workout, sleep, or hopefully share their feelings with someone they trust.
