Yes, it is that simple. First what are you holding onto, i.e., guilt, worry, anxiety, not being enough, etc. Ask yourself the reason for holding onto that emotion. Once you know and even if you do not know, simply let go by forgiving yourself (letting go). As you let go, the energy will shift and you will begin to attract an energy that affirms the change. The mind is a trickster and likes to hold onto stuff, so you may need to do it several times.
